Your Role:

Single IT support for Madison/Verona site. Full responsibility for Incidents/Service Requests/Problems management, providing as 2nd and 3rd level onsite support. Work as part of the local IT team supporting all onboarding, offboarding and relocation requests. Provide support for any integration activities and work with global teams to resolve advanced IT related issues. Support all services related to Lifecycle management, Asset and License Management, User Access management for end users software and hardware. Always provide a positive and supportive experience for the customer. Seek support from colleagues in difficult situations. Maintain a core level of knowledge regarding service offerings for all IT units (including training offerings and resources when available).

Work with end users, to provide training, advice and guidance and training on IT systems and process.


  • Handle all operations within site(s).
  • Support compliance-related topics (e.g., Encryption, Vulnerability, Windows patching, etc.)
  • Perform controls supporting the "Periodic review audit process"
  • Collaborate and partner with Infrastructure for "smart-hands" and required on premise support for all standard infrastructure in all sites like Storage, Servers and Networking teams, including working with global partners.
  • Support all processes relating to local Infrastructure, change management, and collaborate with IT-Infrastructure for standardized processes.
  • Support Innovation activities, such as process improvements, pilots, PoCs, etc.
  • Support procurement process.
  • Support internal IT users. Exchanges ideas and information effectively with other peers and IT globally. End user communication and interaction.
  • Manage warranty services onsite and work with third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate effectively with other IT units (Business partners, Infrastructure and Applications)
  • Exchanges straight-forward information asks questions and checks for understanding.
  • Performs routine assignments using existing procedures or even works autonomously within established procedures and practices that require knowledge of concepts and procedures within a job discipline or specialized technical expertise within an analytical/scientific method or operational process.
  • Accountable for the quality of own work. Receives clear instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles or even solves problems of low complexity independently by identifying and selecting solutions and by analyzing information
  • Occasional overtime, on-call for off hours as needed


Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ year of hands on experience in an IT customer-facing role, supporting laptops, desktops, Microsoft Office applications and mobile devices (iPhones, iPads), including working with MDM solutions such as Intune, SOTI.
  • Valid Driver's License, to travel between Madison/Verona sites.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree
  • Effective Communication skills to be used with end users during incident/problem solving and tickets follow ups.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • ITIL Certification, Microsoft Certifications (MCP, MCSE, MCSA) and experience with Microsoft SCCM.
