The IT Business Analyst II for the Customer and Agent Team supports our customer and agent facing departments. This team is engaged in projects focused on Digital Strategy, Omnichannel, Customer/Agent Relationship Management and Contact Center initiatives. The Business Analyst II works under general supervision to support IT and Business initiatives. They may lead small sized efforts and support team members throughout the project lifecycle. Under the direction of the senior Business Analysts, they will aide in documenting both business requirements and comprehensive solutions for a number of initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Requirements: Must be proficient on the following software and tools: Desired Qualifications: Experience using Agile, Lean or similar methodologies and supporting tools such as JIRA and Confluence is a plus
