We are a fairly new company with goals of expanding. We stand out with our clients because we see ourselves as a branch of their business, leading to their overall success. This position has potential to grow as we do. Payment is based on % of client quarterly invoicing, starting with 1 client.
This is a relationship management and support position for customer calls or onsite visits if needed, when needed.
Some requirements are:
- Support information technology and computer systems.
- Support mobile devices remotely via mobile device management systems.
- Customer service based approach by responding quickly and efficiently.
- Identify problematic areas and recommend strategic solutions to build out brand as a trusted partner.
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Great understanding of mobile devices, software, and mobile device management.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
