Summary:
Contribute to the profitability of the retail operation by receiving, handling and helping manage the inventory of merchandise, supplies and fixtures in a timely and organized manner. Help promote the brand image of both the products and the stores, and positively impact the customer experience by maintaining visual standards and keeping the store and back room stocked and organized.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Monitors and distributes inventory in a timely first in first out manner to sales floor and offsite storage facility. Ensure products are constantly shoppable and available for the customers. *

2. Accurately track and document new and used inventories. Maintain a high level of stockroom and offsite organization so that items may be easily located. Participate in preparing store for and conducting periodic inventory audits and annual counts. *

3. Participates in the planning and execution of seasonal merchandising changes, floor set and sale events according to standards and expectations. *

4. Review inventory reports to determine clearance of subcategoaries

4. Reports any theft, suspected theft, problems or discrepancies to management immediately.*

5. When on sales floor, acts in a professional manner. *

6. Performs maintenance and housekeeping duties such as floor sweeps, rack maintenance, light bulb and deodorizer change, and store maintenance.

7. Responsible for accurate accounting of all back stock. Perform weekly backstock audits in store and monthly at the offsite storage facility*

8. Maintains backstock and fixture rooms in a clean, orderly and safe manner. *

9. Attends store meetings and training sessions as requested. *

10. Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures. *

11. Contributes to other tasks and projects to keep store running smoothly.

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. No prior experience is required but some retail experience is preferred. At all times must possess valid Driver’s License and remain insurable to drive a company vehicle. Requirements: Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hrs a week. Start at 7am at least three days a week and work a minimum of 4 shifts per week between both locations and be available weekends when needed. Driver Requirement Employees assigned to driving duties must at all times meet the follow criteria: 1. Drivers must have a current, valid driver's license for the state in which the employee performs his or her driving duties. 2. Drivers must maintain a clean driving record, i.e., must remain insurable under our company's liability insurance policy.
