We understand and provide expert consultation on network and weapons systems acquisition programs, maintenance/modernization programs, and sustainment programs.

We are currently seeking an Inventory Manager to support our NUWC customer. This position in contingent on contract award. The Inventory Manager will manage NUWC Newport General Equipment (GE) and also:

• verify and document that all GE assets, as listed within Navy ERP, are accounted for, maintained, properly secured, accurately reported, and are recorded in the GE Tool.

• confirm that the physical inventories match the digital GE asset inventory as listed within Navy ERP and GE Tool

• Update Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP)

• update Base Inventory Tracking System (BITS) to Inventory Management/ Warehouse

Familiar with the following systems:

• Base Inventory Tracking System (BITS)
• Disposal Tracking System (DTS)
• Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)
• Warfare Center General Equipment Cite, commonly known as “GE Tool”

Required Education and Experience:

• 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience with managing Navy inventory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
