What You’ll Do

Title: Inventory Cycle Counter
Location: Gary, IN

Position Summary:
This role will be responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and conduct cycle counts using CDK and scan guns.
  • Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
  • Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them in a timely manner.
  • Track and report non-conforming product.
  • Document damaged product.
  • Review OH counts and Bin locations, correct as required.
  • Report count results and update online records.
  • Travel to various dealership locations
  • Other parts inventory control tasks as directed

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • The position would require climbing warehouse ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Recent warehouse experience and or experience with cycle counting/inventory
