Manage day-to-day inventory systems, processes, and procedures to ensure achievement of key business results
Here's what you'll do:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Ensure monitoring of and adherence to FIFO and WMS inventory transactions and outages, determining root causes, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Coordinate interdepartmentally to safeguard FIFO movement of goods while maximizing efficiencies.
- Interpret daily/weekly production yield and coordinate efforts to maximize warehouse storage, adhering to applicable storage policies.
- Coordinate, review, and oversee Cycle Count processes to ensure effectiveness while maintaining a favorable IRA, reporting and responding to outages as necessary.
- Continually evaluate the effectiveness of existing work processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and accuracy.
- Regularly interact with peers, 1-2 levels up and down and across pack houses.
- Oversee all inventory functions on shift level while formulating expectations for all shifts.

Here's what you'll bring to the table:
- COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption.
- 1-2 years preferred warehouse inventory management experience.
- Ability to recognize and respond to opportunities and outages, troubleshooting & communicating solutions.
- Ability to make decisions ensuring that you are doing what is best for the fruit and customer while maintaining you Quality KPI's. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly intermediate Excel).Must be able to extract, interpret, & analyze data, using it to identify trends.
- Intermediate proficiency using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fresh produce industry / Warehousing experience preferred
