Internet Sales Manager

Overview:Summary of Position RequirementsFosters and Distributes leads generated through the Lennar Website. Manages the Internet Sales Team.
#CBResponsibilities:Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct training programs as needed to meet division goals.
- Guide and train Internet Sales Coordinator with sales techniques to achieve maximum sales and premier customer satisfaction.
- Attend promotional events for communities as directed by the VP of Marketing.
- Work in conjunction with VP of Marketing and Director of Sales to conduct weekly sales meetings.
- Consistently shop and ensure in-depth knowledge of new and resale competition to aid in best positioning of product, pricing and promotion of communities.
- Facilitate and manage 2 ISC phone banks a month to reactivate leads.
- Communicate community information to the ISC team regularly
- Prepare and distribute the following reports, or any other documentation considered important by management.
- Weekly Lead Report
- Weekly Appointment/Sales by Internet Report
- Monthly Internet Summary Report
- Monthly Appointment/Sales by Internet Report
- Prepare and update monthly ISC schedule
- Revise ISC CRM follow-up series per direction from VP of Marketing.
- Conduct monthly ISC meetings with VP of Marketing to review best practices and any housekeeping necessary.
Qualifications:Education and Experience Requirements- Minimum High School or GED required
- College degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in telephone and/or on-line customer service. Up-selling experience preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in managing a team of direct reports
- Experience utilizing CRM system for day-to-day management and reporting, Salesforce experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Ability to prepare written documentation and complete contract calculations
- Spanish preferred
