Roku is seeking an outstanding FP&A manager who will provide support and partnership to the international business team under the strategic initiative of expanding Roku's reach globally. Supporting the Director of FP&A, International, this role will be instrumental in providing a full range of financial, strategic, and operational business support, encompassing financial analytics, planning, and reporting. This role will also have direct FP&A responsibility of the Roku Powered business. The role provides the opportunity to impact and contribute towards a key strategic initiative in a rapidly growing, innovative company in a dynamic and evolving industry. Critical to success in this role is the ability to balance competing priorities, navigate a fluid and ambiguous environment, and to collaborate effectively with team members and key stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization. This is an individual contributor role that will be based out of San Jose. The ideal candidate will have endless curiosity and can pair a global mindset with locally relevant execution. You should be a gritty problem solver and self-starter who can drive programs with the product and commercial teams within Roku and across external strategic partner organizations. The successful candidate will display a balance of hard and soft skills, including the ability to respond quickly to changing business needs.
