Job Summary This administrative support position will work with the administrative team at the International Center to perform duties such as answering phones and email, coordinating room reservations, facilities work requests; ordering copy/print requests; submitting eProcurement requisition orders and check requests, managing department and student paid shipping requests. Minimum Education and Experience

.High school graduate or equivalent.

Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor Degree and one year office experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Will support the current Admin-Team in the International Center with administrative duties such as answering phones and email, coordinating room reservations, facilities work requests; ordering copy/print requests; submitting eProcurement requisition orders and check requests, managing department and student paid shipping requests. A remote work schedule is not available for this position. Mandatory Testing and Daily Health Check: In order to combat the spread of COVID-19 all UTD Faculty, Staff, and Students are required to:
  • Enroll in and complete a Daily Health Check each day, regardless of vaccination status.
