Job Description:

We are looking for a driven, dynamic self-starter to join our marketing and communications team as a project coordinator, helping to plan, develop, and execute key internal communications projects and company initiatives.

The internal communications project coordinator will:

  • Lead, manage, and execute projects based on business goals and requirements, from beginning to end

  • Develop detailed project timelines and budget estimates, based on an editorial calendar and annual projects/events

  • Maintain project schedules and scopes, escalating when necessary

  • Organize and communicate with cross-functional (and cross-business unit) teams

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and manage expectations to ensure all teams are aligned on strategy and delivery

  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and internal teams on a regular basis to ensure clarity on next steps and project milestones

  • Coordinate team meetings, including agendas, and meeting notes

  • Assist with related project research and document/data gathering

  • Program surveys and provide associated reports

  • Manage employer brand photo repository for department-wide use

  • Support content management for the firm's intranet

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of project management experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, marketing, or related field preferred

  • Knowledge of Communication principles and practices, experience in Corporate/Internal Communications preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Experience with project management software (Workfront preferred)

  • High level of organizational skills, including great attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work under pressure, handle changing priorities, and simultaneously handle multiple projects/priorities

  • Strong business acumen and superior communication skills, both verbally and electronically, with demonstrated examples of relationship-building across a highly matrixed organization

Market Development and Sales (MDS): MDS supports Crowe in achieving its growth objectives by developing and executing national and international programs to build brand awareness for Crowe; promoting Crowe's thought leadership and positioning its experts in the markets it serves in both marketing and media channels; implementing lead management programs through integrated marketing and communications; and enabling revenue generation through multiple sales channels. MDS is also responsible for new product development and the Firm’s Client Experience initiative.
