Job Title: Interior Designer Department: Property Management Reports To: Executive Director Job Status: Exempt, Salaried Commitment: Part Time/Full Time About the FHC: Formed in the Summer of 2010, the Fraternity Housing Corporation (FHC) exists to provide safe, competitive and attractive housing and meeting facilities for the members of Alpha Gamma Delta. Today, the FHC owns or leases almost over 65 Alpha Gamma Delta homes, dorms, lodges and suites across the United States. The FHC is committed to providing the highest quality property management support for each unique chapter served. Job Summary: The Interior Designer will support the Fraternity Housing Corporation on a day-to-day basis. They have broad responsibilities for the selections of property designs, reviewing shop drawings, space planning, design concepts, interior finish selections, and the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and accessories. The Interior Designer ensures clear communication between staff and project vendors, and builds strong relationships with vendors and contractors, with a specific focus on meeting time, cost and performance targets.
