In 2021 our 46 Consultants averaged $80,000 in earnings helping bring beauty and joy to homeowners! On December 26, 2021 we rebranded to Molyneaux Home and now offer kitchens and interior painting-- our new goal is to have our 46 Design Consultants average $100,000 per year by 2023!

Start out as Lead Generator/Showroom Assistant in the $45,000 to $55,000 per year range plus benefits. Then move into a Design Consultant Position and earn an average of $80K per year plus benefits and up to $100K per year plus benefits.

Candidate must have an eye for fashion/color and great interpersonal skills. Candidate will work in the Molyneaux showroom generating in home appointments through showroom walk ins, inbound calls, outbound calls, outbound mailings, and outbound emails. Lead Generators are trained to grow into an In Home Design Consultant (DC) Position. Our average DC earns $6,000 to 8,000 per month plus benefits, vehicle/mileage reimbursement, etc. Our top DC's make over $100K per year. Our benefits for full time employees include health care, paid vacation, and a generous 401K match. We have one of the lowest employee turnover rates in our industry thanks to our family culture, core values, coaching, and training. Candidate will undergo a criminal background and reference check. Random drug testing. Must have valid Drivers license and reliable transportation.

In 2020 our 38 Design Consultants averaged $70,000 + per year helping people beautify their living spaces despite being unemployed in March and April due to the lockdown.

Pay: $41,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
