Position requires flexibility Monday through Friday 7 am to 6 pm. Experience with in-depth researching and reconciling general ledger accounts. Knowledge of cash handling processes preferred. SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the IAS Manager, the IAS Reconciliation Specialist 1 is responsible for preventing loss to the organization by analysis and reconciliation of various general ledger accounts and/or demand deposit accounts on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Duties also include report preparation, research, analysis and resolution of general ledger and various system offages. The IAS Reconciliation Specialist 1 must provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to staff in the banks as needed to resolve customer errors in a timely manner. The incumbent is responsible for analyzing a large volume of data that must be processed every day. Reconciliation and identification of outstanding reconciling items must be accomplished in an accurate and efficient manner to avoid material losses being suffered by the bank.
