Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a licensed agent representative who will support our group of insurance agents and enable them to reach a high level of production by providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Qualifications: Successful candidates will be those with strong computer proficiency and an enthusiasm for customer service.

• 2 years of insurance experience. 4-40 or 2-20 required.
• Excellent communication skills BOTH English and Spanish.
• Ability to build strong rapport with Clients.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high customer value.
• Team Player.
• Ability to prioritize and multi task.
• Full Time.
