Company: Capio Partners Position: Insurance Assistant Department: Operations Responsibilities: · Receiving phone calls from Insurance Companies taking information and/or transferring to the appropriate parties. · Processing voicemails and forwarding them to the appropriate parties. · Maintain records of conversations in the company database. · Maintaining a positive and productive work environment. · Other duties as deemed necessary for Insurance. Qualifications/Skills: · Must have high school diploma or GED · Able to make decisions independently. · Self-motivated, results oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills. · Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. · Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills with complete and accurate documentation of phone calls.
