  • Designs and develops instructional approaches and interactive courseware to meet training requirements including application of Kirkpatrick and Blooms. Must be familiar with courseware development tools such as Adobe products (Captivate, Illustrator) or related Learning Content Management (LCMS) applications. Client currently uses Composica LCMS. Must understand courseware development/design processes and learning curriculum structure within a Learning Management System (LMS), and be able to advise client as to best practices and most appropriate approaches.
  • Designs and develops instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet training requirements as required by the client.
  • Conducts analysis of training requirements and media requirements and coordinates a variety of assigned tasks by the client, primarily required reviews to ensure client quality and design standards are met.
  • Evaluates training objectives for ILT and web based learning assets using the SMART process for learning assets developed for the client.
  • Ensures integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans providing feedback and recommendations to the client through formal checklist reviews ensuring standards are met.
  • Interacts with customer and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content.
