This position requires the ability to travel extensively throughout the United States. Applicant must be in good physical shape. Applicant is responsible for raising, uniting, and anchoring iron and steel frames, beams, girders, joists, columns, decks, and other structural members to form completed racking, shelving, and mezzanine structures, and frameworks. This position requires all applicants be able to perform physical activities which require lifting, climbing, balancing, walking, and stooping with heavy materials. This position is open to all applicants who have experience in material handling or construction installation.

Minimum Skills:

• ensure all expense reports are completed and turned in on a weekly basis

• assist with material handling and equipment usage
• keep daily time cards
• understand safety, operating, and maintenance instructions
• learn, operate, and pass equipment certification for lift equipment
• welding skills are a plus
• forklift and scissor lift experience and/or certification a plus

Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel extensively throughout the United States
• Must have reliable personal transportation
• Must have a valid US drivers license
• Must have 2 years minimum construction experience
• Must be willing to work rotating shifts and Saturday
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Must be at least 18 years old

Compensation: Hourly Salary - $15.00 - $18.00 based on experience. Plus up to $175.00 in weekly per diem. Position includes mileage reimbursement for use of personal vehicle for travel between job sites. All hotel expenses are paid by company, and employees are expected to share rooms when needed. When jobs require employees stay out of town at length, trips home are paid for by company once every three weeks.
