What We're look for
Vacasa is seeking a hard-working, energetic employee who is passionate about delivering personalized attention and helping us maintain our quickly growing portfolio of vacation homes. This person should have an eye for detail and a knack for fixing things to ensure the needs of our properties are met.
What you'll do
- Assist the operations team in Provincetown, MA, preparing homes for arrives and departures
- Complete thorough inspections of unit to ensure guest-readiness
- Report and record all maintenance and/or housekeeping deficiencies
- Frequent travel between units depending on occupancy and availability
- Ensure units are properly and fully secured
- Meet and maintain Vacasa's Standard Unit Appearance, correcting inconsistencies in the units you enter
- Perform housekeeping duties as required during off-season and/or when business necessitates additional assistance in cleaning units.
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management team
Skills you'll need
- Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets and mobile devices
- Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts
- Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions
- Highly responsive and reliable
- Strong attention to detail
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed.
- Traveling between worksites is frequent and this person will need their own reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
- Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
