We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that is a self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, cross-selling, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound calls, lead follow-up, outbound calls, emails/texts, and social media.
• Cross-sell and up-sell current customers
• Understand and listen to the customer needs and requirements
• Close sales and achieve weekly and monthly quotas.
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Skills

• Proven inside sales or account management experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Proficient using a computer and typing.
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High School Diploma or GED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Required)
