Would you like to be part of a team focused on increasing adoption of Amazon Web Services with Public Sector customers in the State and Local Government and K12 markets? In this role you will create the first impression for our prospective customers.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will create business development activities, follow-ups on inbound inquiries and leads from our marketing programs. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to successfully manage a high volume of activity to achieve activity-based metrics, as well as experience establishing credibility with decision makers. A successful candidate will maintain active engagement with their leads and consistently deliver pipeline and closed business to the sales organization.
The ideal candidate has a track record for over achieving quota while focusing on the customer. He/she is a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan, managing multiple accounts and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets. The candidate should possess both a sales and technical background that enables you to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers, engineers, and IT architects. He/she should be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker who embraces all aspects of selling and have very strong communication and presentation skills.
