Cambria is seeking a candidate that can effectively build strong relationships, communicate to all levels in the organization, and exhibit excellent customer service. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for interacting with Cambria’s Business Partners to provide a white glove service. This role will engage and partner daily with Cambria Market Representatives, Business Partners, Distribution Center Leadership and Staff to accurately process and schedule slab orders. Roles & Responsibilities: Exhibit premium customer service with Business Partners Cross functional collaboration Minimum Requirements: Education: High school diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of previous customer service and/or inside sales Systems: Proficient in Google Suites, Oracle, Microsoft Suites. Tableau and Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus but not required. Additional Requirements: Travel Requirements: N/A Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds to move Cambria Samples and Marketing materials.
