Inside Sales and Service Representative

Job Summary and Responsibilities:- Proactively contact current and potential customers to assess customer needs.
- Prospecting by cold calling to identify, assess and communicate best sales approach for a wide variety
- of industries
- Leveraging innovations, digital and technology applications within the business to drive results
- Develop and complete request for quotes for orders.
- Follow up with customers and outside sales team to ensure passport quotes become orders.
- Share best practices within the Sales Specialist team and Inside Sales team.
- Connect with customers on service package offerings to drive services growth.
- Lead management qualification
- Meet or exceed individual target identified to drive revenue growth
- Apply knowledge of the business and marketplace to advance our organization's goals.
- Utilize Sales Force for documentation and follow up.
- Prepare all sales and activity reports, presentations, and studies as needed.
- Update opportunities for sales and service or disposition customer.
- Maintain and update Sales Force data base with updated customers information and needs.
- Collaborate with customer center Inside Sales teams; coordinate hand off of complex quotes to Areas.
- Ensure that all paperwork, purchase orders, rental agreements, etc. are maintained to respond to
customer inquiries timely and ensure internal process requirements.

Skills/Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in business required from an accredited institution
- 2+ years’ experience in a sales and service environment required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office computer applications required. Excellent interpersonal skills; telephone
