Ink Acquisitions Marketing - Retail Marketing Strategy Lead - VP (603)

The Marketing Strategy Lead will contribute to and lead the strategy for acquiring new Chase Ink customers within Retail channel which includes Consumer bank and Business Banking. Chase Ink products are designed for small business owners and are part of the small business suite of solutions within Chase for Business. This position sits within the Chase Branded Cards (CBC) organization, a key business within Chase's Consumer and Community Banking group.

Primary Responsibilities:

With a focus on scalability, the Marketing Strategy Lead will be a technology and data-driven leader responsible for banker capabilities to drive new customer acquisitions within the Retail acquisitions channel. This includes developing, planning, and executing initiatives to expand banker acquisition reach through channel and technological advancement. Working across Area Product Owners will be paramount in ensuring Business Card stays at parity with the latest capabilities driving retail acquisitions. They will drive acquisition initiatives from concept through implementation, including completion of planning briefs, analysis, creating stories and working with product teams through the launch of features. This person will work closely with the originations team during the coordinated releases (CR's), monthly release (MR's) and DocuSign releases building offers, list, testing and triaging issues. This person will also be responsible to help migrate the retail Marketing/Originations platform to the Digital target state.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of marketing experience with previous experience in acquisitions marketing, digital channels, and marketing strategy preferred.
  • Innovative marketer with strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership, influencing and creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience with credit card risk, lending, or underwriting criteria
  • Adept at developing effective marketing campaigns
  • Marketing functional, technical, and operational knowledge important
