Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona is seeking a hands-on Information Technology Specialist. This position works closely with Devereux corporate help desk and the IT team to assist Arizona Center users in both Maricopa and Pima Counties, by helping to identify and resolve problems, troubleshooting, testing and installation of technology software and hardware through user requests and utilizing a ticketing tracking system. This position requires good problem solving and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize work and meet customer demands and deadlines.
