- Fields support calls, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding software programming, connectivity, printing, and similar concerns.
- Consults with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.
- Applies knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems.
- Arranges service for hardware vendors to repair defective products.
- Evaluates and applies Microsoft and 3rd party updates.
- Performs updates to the website and Intranet.
- Monitors Meditech Interfaces.
- Sets up new users.
- Creates Meditech menus for users.
- Work with various departments as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
