Blossom Station Child Care Center Inc of Acton seeks FULL TIME INFANT, TODDLER & PRESCHOOL LEAD EDUCATORS & ASSISTANT EDUCATORS. We seek experienced, educated and DEEC CERTIFIED EDUCATORS and ASSISTANT EDUCATORS who can work independently in a dynamic, modern facility dedicated to serving our children and their families. Personal qualities should include strong communication and organizational skills, demonstrated ability to provide a nurturing atmosphere to enhance the children's educational and social development, commitment to participating in mandatory monthly evening in-service professional training workshops, punctuality in all aspects of job performance, and values of shared contribution in the design and maintenance of your assigned classroom. Our operating philosophy requires all Educators work with their Assistant Educators as a team and be responsible for implementing a program which meets the physical, cognitive, social-emotional needs of all children. In addition, we expect that all Educators will communicate with parents/guardians in an effective and cordial manner. Blossom Station operates Mon-Fri 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM 12 months per year. Our curriculum includes exciting, stimulating and varied educational and and enrichment programs which utilize our vast indoor and outdoor resources. Our theme-based enrichment programs are known for their creativity, entertainment and overall stimulation for the children and their parents as well as the staff.
