Job Description:

Refrigerated Mechanical Solutions Inc. is hiring Experienced Industrial Refrigeration Technicians for their Northern California Branch. RMS offers an Industry Leading Benefits Package including Medical, Dental and 401k options. Travel and Paid training Included. Position will encompass construction, installation, repair and maintenance of Refrigeration systems. Wages are based on demonstrated experience and knowledge.

Job Duties Overview:

• Experience repairing and maintaining reciprocating and screw compressors
• Ability to troubleshoot systems and test components, using electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic testing equipment
• Troubleshoot pump recirculating systems, liquid transfer systems, DX systems, and multi-stage systems
• Perform hot and cold compressor and motor alignments
• Install wiring to connect components to an electric power source
• Test lines, components, and connections for leaks
• Troubleshoot computerized refrigeration control panels and microprocessors
• Basic Electrical

Additional Requirements:

• 5+ years of Refrigeration Experience Preferred
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Experience with Ammonia and Halocarbons
• RETA or Industry Certification (a plus)
• Emergency Response Training (a plus)

Pay: $25.00 - $65.00 per hour
