Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Numerous Inbound Calls In A Timely Manner
• Assist Prospects With Product Availability, Pricing, & Enrollment
• Process Orders
• Understand Customer Needs, & Determine The Appropriate Course Of Action To Meet Those Needs

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Drug Screening & Background Check
• Previous Hospitality/Sales Experience Is Preferred
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Excellent Telephone Communication Skills
• Computer Proficiency
• Ability To Multitask In Fast-Paced Environment
