Don't worry if you've never sold window fashions before, as we have many successful Design Consultants on our team from closet design, window sales, kitchen remodeling, fashion, furniture sales, flooring sales, textiles, bathroom design, alarm systems, real estate, and home staging. And those with degrees in design and related fields or independent design company entrepreneurs who love assisting clients, but not running a small business, have found success with us too! You should be organized and results-oriented, in addition to possessing a professional image, a high level of integrity, the ability to sell to a broad customer base, and effective networking skills.

Receive 400-450 qualified leads annually and meet with people who have asked for our service (No cold calling or canvass leads) We receive all leads from our advertisement and book on your calendar daily.

Our in-home sales designers experience a 50%-60% close rate (First-year average $55-65K in earnings, second year $80-100k in earnings average)

In Home Sales Designers job requirements:
Experience in home sales or consumer sales.
Understanding of the use of computers is a must.
In-Home sales presentation skills
Excellent communication/presentation skills with a passion for selling
The self-motivated, closer mentality
A professional image, high level of integrity
Strong organizational skills
Effective referral and network building skills
Excellent time management
Must be self-motivated and results-oriented
Must have the ability to sell to a broad customer base
Willing to drive between 500-700 miles per week throughout Southern CA, depending on your living location.
