The Import Coordinator is a detail-oriented, driven individual able to work independently, in a team, and excel in a demanding work environment.

Note: The Training for this opportunity will be held in Philadelphia(Lineage Logistics Location) for about a week because the Logan Township location is being newly built.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

Learn Lineage customs entry process focusing towards, but not limited to;

• Vessel set up
• USDA inspection results
• Invoice reconciliation
• ISF filing
• Entry input/transmission

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):

• Strong computer skills- Excel
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, management and peers
• Ability to work well independently in a fast paced team environment
