Liberty Software is looking for an Implementation Manager (IM) to be the primary liaison and project manager for our new pharmacy clients for the entirety of each onboarding process within a defined region. This includes the scheduling, planning, and execution of each implementation, providing expert care, insight, and assistance throughout setup.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the implementation process between clients, internal departments, and third-party vendors, managing multiple customers and projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Lead and manage team of Onsite Installers, including coordination of schedules and travel plans, as well as verification of timesheets and expense reports.
  • Provide support and solutions for Onsite Installers during the implementation process.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Liberty’s software, providing functional expertise to pharmacy customers and an ability to configure software to meet their needs.
  • Assist with hardware preparation for installations and perform occasional hardware installation.
  • Develop processes and materials to better serve our new client pharmacies.
  • Assist other team members with implementation and project tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of retail pharmacy experience
  • Knowledge of the retail pharmacy industry preferred
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize daily commitments and projects with pharmacies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and experience levels
  • Superb process management and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and ability to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge
