Are you ready to join a winning team? Were looking for several Implementation Leads to help fill out our team. Implementation Leads make up a critical component of our implementation team, are responsible for data analysis, project priorities and organization, client communication, client training and assisting with initial client reporting requirements. Additional duties include: Manage, plan, monitor, and administer a large project independently to ensure client/internal customer satisfaction. Utilize and manage resources and coordinates effectively with stakeholders and colleagues. Setting up and running weekly client meetings. Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors as needed. Communicating with Customer Success, Product Management, Development, and other relevant departments responsible for client support to achieve client and/or department objectives. Analysis and communication of clients business and reporting requirements. Working with Solovis Data Analysts to evaluate client data. Modeling and mapping a clients portfolio so it can be entered in Solovis. Ensure the project plan obligations are met regarding specifications, quality, costs, timeframes, etc. Manage implementations of technology and servicesutilizing established Project Management methodologies. Deliver project management responsibilities within a matrix environment. Deliver and complete simultaneous projects of varying complexity according to standards, meeting or exceeding expectations. Manage projects for multi-faceted delivery. Youll start by going through a boot camp where youll learn about our software and the investment industry. Then youll spend your days working directly with clients creating detailed agendas and goals, managing internal and external communication, removing project impediments, and ensuring the successful initiation, planning, and execution of a project. You need to be the kind of person who takes pride in teamwork, who loves asking questions and making decisions, and who enjoys general management and data analytics. People who love this job: Are comfortable discussing the big-picture as well as focusing on the details, and can articulate why one impacts the other. Love a mix of problems with right answers and problems where each solution comes with a trade-off. Enjoy critical thinking and using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions. Quickly become familiar with investment reporting including back office / accounting and front office / performance, exposure, liquidity, etc. Grasp the investment management landscape (investment managers, clients, securities/holdings and third-party vendors/ data providers) with minimal training. Learn to evaluate trade-offs between the amount of data captured and reporting efficiency. Are comfortable working on their own or in a team environment. Are comfortable interacting with, and training our clients. Can work a flexible schedule, for example, evening and weekend work may be required around a clients deadline. Skills and experience should include: Have at least two years of experience leading projects in the financial services or financial technology sectors. Have experience working within the investment community. Strong understanding of the institutional investment industry and capital markets. Have strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, have a strong desire to learn, and be adaptable to a fast paced, ever-changing environment. Have strong Excel skills (there will be a test!)
