The Engineering Development Program (EDP) at UPS is a structured 6-month training program for highly qualified Industrial Engineers. The program involves interactive classroom training, self-paced computer based training, on-the-job training, and a structured support network. Upon completion of the program, the engineer will have the opportunity to move into an Industrial Engineering (IE) Supervisor position as detailed below. Responsibilities and Duties The IE Supervisor works with engineering departments to develop, implement, and deploy approved operational processes and best practices consistently throughout the company.
