Summary of Role: Busken Team Members are responsible to provide our customers exceptional service, have the ability to interact with the customers in a positive manner and be professional, honest and abide by all company policies and procedures.
Hours:
- Full and part time available
- Days vary Monday - Saturday (closed Sunday)
- 2nd Shift (closing): 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Job Duties:
- Provide legendary customer service experiences for all of our guests and fellow employees both in person, via phone, and via email
- Receive guest feedback with humility and take appropriate action to correct situation if necessary
- Know and effectively execute all cash handling procedures
- Any other duties necessary to achieve successful store operations
Qualifications:
- Available to work weekends & holidays
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift over 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop and stand for up to 8 hour shifts
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong verbal communication skills
