Sherlock Plumbing Heating and Air is seeking full-time HVAC Lead Installers to join our team. The ideal HVAC Lead Installer should have excellent communication and customer skills, take pride in their work and possess a minimum of 2 years’ HVAC Lead Installer experience.

Primary Tasks for HVAC Lead Installer:

  • Communicate effectively with customers while delivering excellent customer service
  • Install new, retrofit and change out of residential HVAC systems.
  • Complete the entire process of an installation.

Qualifications for HVAC Lead Installer:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ HVAC Lead Installer experience
  • Plumbing Experience a plus but not required
  • Problem-solving and listening skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues in the field
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs., carry ladders, tools, and work in small crawl spaces
  • Must comply with all safety standards, policies, and procedures
  • EPA certified required
  • NATE certified preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Must pass background screening
