JOB DESCRIPTION
By joining our team, you will be privileged with the task of diagnosing and servicing equipment such as but limited to, heating, ventilation air conditioning equipment. As well as installing and maintaining parts, it is very important that you pay careful attention to detail when it comes to documenting and reporting actions and invoice edits that occurred on the job site.

Pay
$12-$16
Physical Abilities: Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment; sometimes ranging up to 75 pounds
HVAC Technician Knowledge and Skills:
Must be proficient in the proper process of servicing Refrigeration Pipe, Gas Pipe, and the installation and design of Ductwork Systems
Must be proficient in having prior knowledge when it comes to knowing how to properly diagnose and service Heat Pumps, Refrigerant, Gas, and Electrical Furnaces
Must understand how to properly troubleshoot a system in order to find the simplest solution that would be most pleasing to our customers.
Adequate knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Codes set by that state of North Carolina to carry out low voltage connections of Air Handlers, Air Conditioners, and Furnaces.
Willingness to get EPA certification
License Recognized by the North Carolina Board of Plumbing, Heating and Fire Sprinklers is a plus
Customer Interaction: Technicians must be able to interact with the residential owner in a professional and respectable manner. Communication is key, as it may also be necessary to articulate the diagnosis, purposes of the appointment and/or complications to the homeowner.
Safety and Environmental Concerns: As an environmentally impacting field, the technician must value proper disposal and clean up of different chemicals and/or equipment that were utilized on the job site. As the safety of all is of great importance, the technician must not perform any job task that would endanger the lives of others. Must comply with all safety rules.
Punctuality: As the HVAC field is very much appointment-based, a technician must ensure that their technician dashboard is frequently checked. When an appointment is assigned to the technician, it is vital for the technician to ARRIVE ON TIME.
Education: experience is preferred
Experience: 1-3 years
Transportation: As you will be making use of company vehicles, it is required that you are in possession of a valid Driver's License
Work Availability: 30 - 40 hours per week
