This exciting opportunity The Human Resources Generalist is will support fundamental activities within the employee life cycle including various aspects of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, retention, and engagement. Additionally, this role will support development and implementation of HR strategies at the local site level in alignment with the department’s commitments to the business. About you A Bachelor’s degree graduate or with an HR Certification preferred; or a combination of relevant education with experience required, with HR Generalist experience and exposure to working in a Partnering led environment, and a Basic level experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures and Basic understanding of employment law and its application in a commercial environment A high school or associate graduate with excellent, proven customer service and interaction skills, with direct customer contact with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers demonstrated excellence and commitment to a safe and hazard free workplace. What will you also need? Experience in employee relations, support engagement initiatives, represent company at job Fairs, delivering projects on site, basic recruitment and on boarding.
