Job Position: Human Resources Director Job Location: Corporate Office, Stone Mountain GA (Not a Remote Role) Reports To: VP of Human Resources Job Summary: The Human Resources Director is a lead HR Professional for the HR Team and will manage Human Resources processes and procedures for the corporate office and work with field HR team as a partner. The Human Resources Director leads human resources efforts that will provide a team member-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes WinCups core Values. Provides core, common and consistent human resource solutions to the team member population. Responsible for managing corporate based HR functions including, recruitment, new hire on-boarding, employee off-boarding, employee relations, HR compliance, HR recordkeeping, audit support, payroll processes and performance management. Will oversee company initiatives around AAP, Performance Management and will handle all Benefits Administration for corporate and the field.
