Right Opportunity: 1) You will be focused on talent acquisition through effective recruitment initiatives and process onboarding of New Hires. 2) You will be the direct supervisor of caregivers providing performance reviews in a 90 day and annual cycle. 3) You will execute the Recognition process as well as Coaching, and Corrective Action. Must be able to handle challenging conversations. 4) Assist HR Manager to provide support with Benefit Open enrollment 5) Assist with initial payroll processing and adjustments Other responsibilities include administrative tasks that assist with the organization and function of the office: such as electronic files set up on HR drive, scanning, and answering phones.
