Description: Perform all necessary clerical and administrative functions for Soldiers being released from active duty service, to include processing DD Forms 214, DD Forms 220 and Release from Active Duty (REFRAD) Orders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities listed in a satisfactory manner: SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None. QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements identified below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required to satisfactorily meet the expectations of this job: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: At a minimum, possess a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Preferred minimum one year of personnel administrative experience. Must have a working knowledge of Army rank structure and military unit relationships. An equivalent combination of education and experience as identified above. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. Ability to read, comprehend and explain instructions, letters, memos, emails and correspondence from inside the organization as well as from external sources. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must possess a valid U.S. state driver’s license PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Employees are regularly required to walk, sit, talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
