The role: Our People Operations team is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with our growing Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Support and People Operations teams.

Location: As a remote-first company, we are looking for our newest team members between the PST - EST time zones.

As a key Human Resources thought leader, you’ll partner with company leadership to refine our people strategies, be an invaluable resource to our people managers, all while helping our team members grow professionally, supporting them to win in both work and life.

This is a diverse role that requires equal parts thought leadership and day-to-day execution. Our ideal candidate is someone who is ready for the opportunity to play a key role as an HR thought leader, while also continuing to use the execution skills they’ve honed as an individual contributor.

What you’ll do:

As a department’s strategic HR partner, you will:

  • Partner directly with executives, people managers, and individual contributors as an advisor, advocate, and coach.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the departments’ strategy, then create and implement robust HR strategies that help us WIN!

Those strategies will result in:
