Looking for a team player that is humble, hungry, and smart. The primary job is to recruit and help train great staff. We firmly believe in promoting from within, so the HR director will be responsible for developing training programs for all levels of staff and managers. The HR director is responsible for helping supervisors develop staff for promotions.

The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking for a strong Human Resources Manager that can lead, manage and supervise. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of Human Resources experience. Preferably law office experience.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual is a plus but not required.
• Must preferably understand and have experience with handling PIP, UM, BI, and PD claims.
• Customer service is our priority so the candidate must have great phone skills and great communication skills.
• Must be a leader, get along with everyone and a team player and work well with others.

Includes a salary range of $60,000-$75,000 and there are bonuses if HR Director meets measurables monthly.
