BlueLion, an Operations and Human Resources consulting company, is looking to hire a part time HR Consultant to add to our growing team.
This position will be a combination of HR specific and Admin tasks.
Job Duties:
HR Related:
- Review audits & Create risk report
- Review and Update Handbooks
- Build PowerPoint Trainings
- Answer Hotline calls and emails
- Work on monthly newsletters
- Create Performance Appraisals
- Handle HR related tasks for remote monthly clients (client we do not go onsite for)
- Onsite HR Support for our clients
Admin Related:
- Create & Send Proposals
- Create & send Service Agreements
- Promote on Social media
- Schedule lunch and learns
- Organize file folders/teams
- Make Sales Calls
- Follow up to schedule meetings with sales customers
- Manage and confirm appointments on Alison and Toni’s calendars.
- Brand HR Document package for a client
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with social media
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail
**This position has the opportunity to grow into a full time HR Consulting position**
**MUST BE LOCATED IN NH or MA TO BE CONSIDERED**
