Outstanding opportunity for a talented individual to learn all aspects of HR, Payroll, and Scheduling with a fast growing security guard company. This position is located near Downtown Los Angeles, offering 40 hours per week. Some weekend work may be required but this position can be either a day shift 7 am to 3 pm OR 3 pm to 11 pm --whatever's preferable While working as a Lobby Ambassador in a quiet building, the HR/Payroll Assistant Manger will work closely with our Operations Manger, CEO, and our Financial Head, assisting with various tasks, mostly centered on scheduling, HR, and Payroll. Skills required include: -Being very tech savvy. HR/Payroll Assistant Manager must be a quick study when it comes to software, phones, ideally possess trouble-shooting capability. -Good experience with Excel and Google Docs -Good people skills as HR/Payroll Assistant Manger may be asked to help hire our staff which is mostly comprised of Security Guards -Some payroll experience helpful -Detail-oriented/good with numbers -punctual, dependable, honest -compliant, willing and able to take direction Managerial growth opportunity Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour Education: Work Remotely:
