ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking someone who is interested in a career in Human Resources, working alongside a dedicated Talent Team providing support to employees across North America. The Talent Team Assistant will work closely with all members of the HR team and will partner with corporate finance, payroll, and benefits to own important administrative functions that are key to delivering an excellent employee experience. An important aspect of this role is organization and confidentiality, as you will maintain physical employee files and HRIS data. It’s a role that will allow you to work in close partnership with the Talent Team to implement programs and initiatives. This position will grow as Zeno continues to grow, offering many opportunities to learn and expand your skills.

• Previous experience in human resources, executive assistance or another related field
• Ability to learn processes and systems, eventually becoming a go-to expert
• Appreciation for the importance of data integrity and process protocols
• Natural project manager with great aptitude for organization
• Collaborative work style and knows that no job is too big or too small
• Knack for managing multiple priorities and delivering on tight deadlines
• Sense of humor and ability to embrace change
