The HR Shared Services Analyst is part of a centralized, dedicated team servicing employees and HR partners with the proper infrastructure and support to effectively carry out their day-to-day challenges. Responsible to partner with all areas of HR including Operations, Technology and COE’s to identify needs or opportunities for process improvements and HR’s specific goals and processes. Prioritizing speed and efficiency, providing targeted project, process and systems/tools and support to enhance employees and managers’ strategic capabilities. This position is responsible for HR Shared Services administration and compliance across all US based locations.

Role & Responsibility
  • Support Shared Services team (including Benefits, Global Mobility, Data Quality and Governance) projects and process management and documentation to drive standard, scalable, repeatable, and consistent processes
  • Provide quality and timely customer service while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures via e-mail and phone with effective and clear communication
  • Provide input to enhance process and projects
  • Collaborate with appropriate personnel cross functionally
  • Determine eligibility and interpret policies for Leave of Absence, including but not limited to FMLA, State specific related leaves, parental leave, jury duty, bereavement, and military leave
  • Review incoming leave requests and provide required documents (Federal/State notices, designation letter, benefit payment process, etc.) to employee
  • Research and update leave records, employee records, and benefit items
  • Maintain employee leave information in all HR systems and provide status updates to HR Partners, Managers, and Payroll as necessary
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner with high integrity and discretion while ensuring HIPPA compliance
  • Tier 1 or 2 (DOE) customer service, problem resolution
Job Requirement
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Travel required: <10%
  • Understanding of HR functions and systems
  • Process improvement mindset and commitment to customer service excellence
  • Strong computer and technology skills (Windows, Excel, Word, SAP, and Outlook)
  • Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills; enjoys working with multiple customers; is enthusiastic, positive, and customer oriented professional
  • Ability to anticipate, respond to, and exceed customer needs and act on customer feedback with a sense of urgency
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner with high integrity and discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce accurate work product and strong detail orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to use sound judgment
