Other duties may be assigned. Other Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to manage concurrent projects, prioritize competing assignments, and work under pressure with tight deadlines and frequent interruption. Experience preparing strategic communications for presentation to various stakeholders. Ability to manage and be discreet with confidential information. Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building abilities. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Computer Information Systems, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience with platforms (e.g., Workday, other cloud based HRIS and HCM applications and engagement platforms); Previous experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, etc.) Understanding of how to interact with and energize a broad range of multi-generational, diverse employee groups. Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking key performance metrics including return on investment. Ability to execute and manage multiple projects while working at a detailed level. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
