Position Details

We have an excellent opportunity to hire a Human Resources Intern, with background / interest in Marketing. This position reports to the Global HR Manager - Talent Acquisition Quality Services & Enablement ; providing support to employees within multiple business units. In this role, you will provide support and gain exposure to general HR competencies, talent acquisition systems and processes, as well as marketing & advertising tactics related to candidate attraction, engagement, and conversion. The right individuals will be energetic, motivated, and able to quickly learn technology in order to make meaningful contributions to team.

Requirements & Skills

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business, Marketing, or Equivalent with a graduation date no earlier than May 2022
  • Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer (June through Mid-August)
  • 3.0 GPA or Higher
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize based on opportunities and effectively multitask
  • Experience using Microsoft Office with ability to analyze and visually represent information in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Social Media proficiency for professional use
  • Interest / experience in online content management & creation and/or web design
  • Detail oriented mindset
  • Emphasis on tact and diplomacy as well as treating highly confidential information with utmost integrity
  • Proven ability to work with a variety of people and develop strong working relationships
