Special projects such as providing documentation for audit purposes and subpoena. This position reports to the Division HR Manager. It will require heavy interface with Hiring Managers, center staff, HR Assistants, and Compliance Department. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES This position works to ensure HR compliance in the areas of I-9 employment eligibility verification, E-verify, background screening, clearance process, certification and credentialing. Core job duties are time sensitive and highly confidential. Along with HR Compliance responsibilities, this position will assist in general office and administrative responsibilities as assigned with heavy emphasis on Workday business processes associated with new hires and onboarding.
